What is public and what lives in the portal?
The thesis and the aggregate track record are public. The specific terms of each opportunity are shown only inside the portal.
How do you assess each opportunity?
With documented underwriting, an investment committee and a traceable IC memo; nothing advances without evidence.

Who does Osnova serve?
Qualified investors: institutions and accredited individuals according to their jurisdiction.
Do I need a prior relationship?
No. You can start as an Explorer and advance to verified access after accreditation.
Accreditation
What does being accredited mean?
Meeting the qualified-investor requirements of your jurisdiction (Reg D, DFSA/SCA or SFC).
How do you verify accreditation?
Through documentation and a jurisdiction-specific verification process before enabling the portal.

How do you protect my data?
Investment and personal data are managed with role-based access controls and full traceability.
